February 18, 2017: Legal publications have again named New England Law | Boston as one of the best law schools in the country in preparing students to pass the bar examination. In naming New England Law to their “Best Schools for Bar Exam Preparation” reports, National Jurist and preLaw recognized that the school’s graduates consistently pass the bar at higher-than-predicted rates.

New England Law’s Bar Examination Preparation Program, offered to students at no additional cost, includes individual and small group tutoring, practice essays, sample multistate bar exams, and review lectures that boost students' chance of passing the test and jumpstarting their careers. The program’s director, Professor Robert Coulthard, is a recognized expert in preparing for the bar exam.

“Professor Coulthard works tirelessly with each student who needs help,” said Michelle Kohanloo '10, an attorney in Boston, Mass. “He has a way of tying in all the work students have done in the three years of law school so you feel as ready as you can for the big day.”

New England Law has previously received national recognition for its test preparation. In 2015, National Jurist named New England Law one of the top 20 law schools for bar preparation in the country that “add the most value to their students when it comes to the bar exam.”
